A fee of $50 will be charged for checks returned by the bank.
A $250 security deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit must be paid at the time of reservation and will be applied to your agreement fee. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
All bus reservations must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. If payment is not submitted by this deadline, your booking time slot may be given to another customer.
Next-day (Package Plus) orders are non-refundable.
Cash payment for any non-scheduled overtime must be received at the start of overtime. Overtime is billed in hourly increments (not by the minute), with a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, an additional hour will be charged. For example: 4 hours and 16 minutes will be billed as 5 hours.
Overtime must be arranged in advance and paid by cash or credit card only.
Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for your event. In some cases, another event may be booked immediately after yours. If you anticipate needing more time, take this into consideration when booking.
Complimentary beverages include ice, water, and soda. Alcoholic beverages are not provided. Guests 21+ may bring their own alcohol with prior approval from the owners. Alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

Bus Arrival and Location:
If the bus arrival is meant to be a surprise, please indicate this when booking and provide any necessary instructions—especially if the location is hard to find.
You must confirm event time and address 24 hours prior.
Ensure parking is available at your destination (winery, restaurant, wedding venue, etc.).
General:
Mechanical Failure Policy:
If your reserved vehicle experiences a mechanical failure (not your fault), we will do everything possible to continue your event. If we cannot resume service:
Weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 7 days (including same-day cancellations) will receive a refund for all fees paid except the $250 deposit, which is non-refundable.
All refunds (where applicable) may take 5–7 business days to process.
After the 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable.
Notice Policy:
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs and underage alcohol use.
Waiver of Liability:
Customers must sign a waiver and service agreement before the 7-day cancellation window. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the event with no refund.
