A fee of $50 will be charged for checks returned by the bank.
A $150 security deposit minimum is required to hold your date, deposit will need to be paid at the time of reservation and will be applied to your agreement fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
All bus reservations must be paid in full, minimum of 7 days in advance of the event. If payment is not submitted by this deadline, your booking time slot may be given to another customer.
For next day (Package Plus) orders, purchases are non-refundable.
Cash payment for non-scheduled overtime must be received at the start of overtime. We bill in increments of hours, not minutes. You are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged for another hour. For example: 4 hours and 16 minutes would be billed as 5 hours. Overtime payment is arranged well in advance with cash or credit card only!
Please determine this ahead of time and make your plans accordingly. Be sure to allow enough time for your occasion. In some cases, there will be another event booked after yours is scheduled to end. If you think you might need more time, take this into consideration at the time of booking.
Ice, water and soda will be complimentary, alcoholic beverages will not be provided nor allowed to any person under the age of 21. Passengers of the age of 21+ may provide their own alcohol with approval of the owners at the time of your scheduled reservation.
Cleaning Fees:
A $90 cleaning fee will be assessed if the vehicle has been left in a condition less than the original condition at pick up.
$250 detailing fee for a client getting sick in the car.
Bus Arrival and Location
If the arrival of the bus is a surprise, be sure to indicate that it is to be a surprise at the time of booking. Be sure to provide additional details if necessary, especially if the location is hard to find.
We request that you call and confirm the times and address 24 hours before the event.
Please make sure to reserve parking for the bus at the location. (winery, restaurant, wedding hall, etc.)
General
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days or the same day of reservation will be acceptable for 100% of all fees paid to date, excluding the $150 deposit. All refunds may take between 5-7 days. After the grace period of 7 days, the client agrees that all funds paid to Party Buzz are non-refundable.
Notice Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy on the use of drugs and alcohol while our drivers provide transportation or are available to provide passenger transportation.
Waiver of Liability
Customer will sign a waiver of liability through upon booking. It will be received through email. Customer must sign the service agreement before the cancellation grace period of 7 days or the event will be cancelled with no refund.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy clauses define the conditions which one must accept in order to complete the reservation.
