Reservation Cancellation

 The $250 deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 8 days of your event date. Cancellations made 8 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund of all fees paid, excluding the $250 deposit. All refunds may take 5–7 business days to process. After this 8-day grace period, all funds paid to Party Buzz are considered non-refundable.
